  1. Branch Auditor I

Educational Qualification: BA/Level 4 in Accounting or related field.

Work Experience: 0/6 years, with proven experience and skills as an Auditor in Microfinance institutions.

Job Location: Goba, Assela, Hawassa, Debremarkos.

Salary: Based on Company Scale & Benefits Packages.

  1. Auditor I

Educational Qualification: BA in Accounting or related field.

Work Experience: 2 years of proven experience and skills as an Auditor in MFI.

Job Location: Addis Ababa.

  1. Accountant II

Educational Qualification: BA in Accounting or similar.

Work Experience: 4 years of proven experience and skills in Microfinance institutions.

Job Location: Addis Ababa.

  1. Senior Auditor

Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting, Auditing or similar field of study.

Work Experience: 5/7 years with proven skills in financial & operational auditing in MFI.

  1. Operations (Saving and Credit) Department Manager

Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting and/or Finance, Economics, Management or similar fields.

Work Experience: 9/10 years plus 4 years in a managerial role, with proven skills in core Microfinance operations.

Job Location: Addis Ababa.

Salary: Based on Company Scale & Benefits Packages.

The compensation and benefit packages are competitive and based on the established company scale. Beyond the base salary, we offer a package that reflects the responsibility and impact of each role within the microfinance sector.
