Job Positions and Requirements
Senior Programmer
Education: BSc Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: Four years of proven & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Programmer II
Education: BSc Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: Three years of proven & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Programmer I
Education: BSc Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: One year of proven & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Junior Underwriting/Junior Claims Officer
Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. (GPA 2.5+, 2022-2025 graduate).
Experience: One year and above proven post-qualification experience in any position.
Junior Accountant
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance. (GPA 3.0+, 2025 graduate).
Experience: Zero (0) years experience.
Cashier
Education: Diploma in Accounting or Banking & Insurance. (COC Certificate required).
Experience: Two years of proven & relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Required Skills and Competencies
Technical candidates (Programmers) must have strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) and programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, or Python. Junior roles require excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and written and spoken English language proficiency. All applicants must demonstrate excellent computer skills, accountability, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
