Job Positions and Requirements
Internal Auditor (3 Positions)
- Level/Grade: Professional Level
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- Specific Skills/Other Requirements: Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting software and experience in the reconciliation of statutory filings such as VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Pension, and Provident Fund. Proficiency in sales and inventory processes, the preparation of financial statements with annexures, and strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and related software are essential. These positions are located in Adama, Sululta, and Lemi.
Internal Auditor (1 Position)
- Level/Grade: Senior Professional Level
- Education Requirements: ACCA-qualified or a postgraduate degree (MA) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience, specifically within a manufacturing company.
- Specific Skills/Other Requirements: Applicants should have advanced knowledge of accounting practices and high proficiency in accounting software. Expertise is required in reconciling statutory filings (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Pension, and Provident Fund) and managing inventory and sales processes. Proficiency in preparing financial statements with annexures and advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel) are required. This position is based in Addis Ababa.
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Fluency in English and Amharic is highly preferred.
- Candidates should be honest, efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- The preferred age group for these roles is 25-30 years.
