Job Description

Job List and Specific Requirements
1. Engineer (Trainee)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Technology and Management, Infrastructure Management, Civil and Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75 is required.
- Work Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Required Skills: Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D; understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Number of People Required: 100
2. Field Sales Consultant (Real Estate)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related social science field. A minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required.
- Work Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience; prior experience in sales or the property sector is an advantage.
- Required Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office; professional appearance and conduct.
- Number of People Required: 50
Job Location
The primary location for these positions is Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Both roles involve field-based activities, requiring visits to various project sites and client locations throughout the city to monitor progress or conduct tours.
