Job Description
The Driver – Coordination plays a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation of staff, patients, and essential supplies.
The position supports daily operations by maintaining reliable mobility, which is critical for the success of MSF programs.
The driver is responsible for transporting authorized passengers and goods while ensuring strict adherence to traffic laws and MSF safety regulations.
Daily vehicle inspections are required to ensure the vehicle remains in optimal working condition, including checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and communication equipment.
The role also includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
The driver must ensure that passengers comply with safety rules and possess necessary travel documents before any journey begins.
In addition, the position requires proper handling of goods, including loading, unloading, and verifying delivery documentation.
The driver must communicate regularly with the base to report location updates and any incidents encountered during travel.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must have completed at least secondary education.

Experience driving 4×4 vehicles and minivans is essential for this role.
Familiarity with Addis Ababa’s roads and access routes is highly required.
