Job Description
The McCain Global Leaders Program 2026 offers a comprehensive leadership development experience over a period of 12 months from June 2026 to May 2027. Selected fellows will participate in a structured curriculum that includes in-person convenings, virtual learning sessions, peer collaboration, and international study tours.
Participants will engage in regional and global activities designed to strengthen professional networks and deepen understanding of global policy themes. Fellows will be grouped regionally and connected to both local professional communities and a broader international network of changemakers.
The program includes immersive international visits, including engagements in Vietnam and other global locations. These study tours provide firsthand exposure to governance models, policy innovations, and cross-cultural leadership practices.
Fellows will receive practical training in advocacy, strategic leadership, policy analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. The curriculum emphasizes peer mentoring, dialogue, and experiential learning.
By the end of the program, participants will have enhanced their capacity to lead initiatives that promote democratic governance and social impact within their regions.
Educational Qualification
There is no minimum educational requirement for this program. Applicants from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience

Employment Type and Salary
This is a fully funded international fellowship program lasting 12 months.
