Position 1: Graduate Trainee (IFB)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • CGPA: 2.75 and above
  • Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025 only
  • Age: Below 25 years
  • Exit Exam Result: ≥ 50
  • Work Experience: Not required
  • COC (Level IV): Mandatory
  • Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles of Interest-Free Banking is required.

Job Purpose:
Support the Bank’s service delivery, ensuring efficient, customer-centered operations.

Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale and benefits package
Place of Work: Under Mekelle District, Shire District, Adigrat Area Office, and Maichew Area Office branches

Position 2: Branch Manager IV

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Branch Business Manager III or in a related role.

Place of Work: Kebridehar Branch

Main Role:
Enhance branch performance by promoting products, acquiring and retaining customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Position 3: Branch Manager III

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent.

Place of Work: Konso-Karat Branch

Main Role:
Support sustainable growth through effective marketing, product promotion, and superior customer service.

Position 4: Senior Construction Contract Administrator

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Construction Contract Administrator or in a related position.

Place of Work: Head Office

Main Role:
Manage contract administration for construction projects, ensure compliance, resolve claims, and support project management and reporting activities.
