VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an institution established according to Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in rural and urban Ethiopia. VisionFund currently operates in four Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:
Position 1: Senior Property Valuation Engineer
Qualification:
BSc degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated work experience, preferably in Banking or MFI industries.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reconciliation and Settlement Accountant
Education / Training:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting.
Experience:
• 2 years of experience for bachelor’s degree holders
• 4 years of experience for diploma holders in related positions at Bank or MFI
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Human Capital Business Partner Division Manager
Education / Training:
• MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 7/9 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a senior position (preferably in MFI/Banks)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong teamwork orientation and gender equality commitment
• Computer proficiency
