Position: Talent Development Officer

Job Summary
The Talent Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee development programs that align with Ahadu Bank’s strategic objectives. The role includes conducting training needs assessments, facilitating performance improvement programs, and supporting leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:

  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent development, preferably within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee learning and development programs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and prepare tailored learning solutions.
  • Support performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on succession planning frameworks.
  • Ensure training programs align with the bank’s strategy and organizational culture.
