Overview:
The intern will assist the Network & Communications team in IT network maintenance, upgrades, and related tasks. Responsibilities include supporting LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi upgrades, troubleshooting connectivity issues, performing routine network maintenance, and contributing to documentation and IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support configuration automation and network management solutions.
- Assist with LAN/WLAN deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain network performance; perform software updates.
- Support network expansion and Internet connectivity tasks.
- Assist with documentation, inventory management, and other IT projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or graduate of Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Ability to draft news or social media content and design surveys is a plus.
