Job Description
The Storekeeper – Engineering Store is responsible for managing engineering spare parts and materials within the store. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that production operations run smoothly by maintaining proper inventory levels and accurate records.
The position involves handling the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures. The Storekeeper ensures that all stock movements are properly recorded and monitored.
This role also contributes to effective material requirement planning, ensuring that necessary items are available when needed. By doing so, it helps minimize production downtime and supports operational efficiency.
The Storekeeper will be responsible for conducting regular inventory checks and verifying stock levels to prevent discrepancies. Maintaining accuracy in inventory data is essential for effective decision-making.
The role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S principles, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.

Educational Qualification
- First Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Management, or Accounting with no experience required.
OR
- Diploma (Level IV/10+3) in Management, Accounting, Logistics & Supply Management, Purchasing, General Mechanics, or Electrician.
This educational background ensures that candidates have the necessary theoretical knowledge to manage inventory and store operations effectively.
Work Experience
- 0 years of experience required for Degree holders.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required for Diploma holders.

Required Skills and Competencies
