Job Description
The Senior Project Accountant will manage project budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with donor requirements.
The role includes overseeing accounting processes in accordance with IFRS and IPSAS standards.

Educational Qualification
• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Work Experience
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience and knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS is required
• Experience working with multiple donors is an advantage
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong computer literacy
• Knowledge of Amharic and English is required
• Knowledge of additional local languages is advantageous
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
• High integrity and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
