Job Description
The Senior Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the company’s fleet vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operations.
This role directly supports product delivery by minimizing vehicle downtime and improving fleet efficiency.
The position provides hands-on experience with modern vehicle systems and access to continuous technical training.
Educational Qualification
Diploma (10+3/Level IV) in:
- Auto Mechanics
- Automotive Technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- General Mechanics
- Or a related field
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in vehicle maintenance.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and service guides
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Driving license is an added advantage
