Job Description and Strategic Impact
The Senior Human Resource Officer is a pivotal role within our Ethiopian operations, acting as a bridge between strategic organizational goals and day-to-day employee management. Job Positions and Requirements
Senior Human Resource Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least some experience in supervisory or senior-level roles. Previous experience in NGOs or international organizations is highly advantageous.
