Job Description

The Senior Human Capital Officer (Talent & Development) is responsible for managing learning, training, and talent development programs.

The role supports employee performance by strengthening skills and leadership capacity.

The officer will design training plans and support staff career growth.

This position plays a key role in building a strong and future-ready workforce.

The role offers professional exposure and long-term career development within the banking sector.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.

The academic background should support human resource and organizational development functions.

Work Experience

A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.

At least two years must be in a talent development or related position.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong training and development planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work with teams and support staff performance.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.
