Job Description
The Senior Human Capital Officer (Talent & Development) plays a strategic role in strengthening the bank’s workforce through effective learning, performance, and leadership development programs.

This position is responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing development initiatives, and ensuring that employees are equipped to meet organizational goals.

The role directly supports business growth by building a capable, motivated, and future-ready workforce.

The officer will collaborate with department heads to align training and development plans with business priorities.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a BA Degree in one of the following fields or a closely related discipline:

Work Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

At least 2 of these years must be in a Talent Development Officer role or a closely related position.
