Job Description:
As a Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I, you are the face of Siinqee Bank’s operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our cash management systems while providing top-tier service to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for overseeing high-value transactions, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our standards of accuracy and security.
This position offers a unique entry point into mid-level management within the banking sector. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and refine your expertise in internal control and customer relationship management. Your impact will be felt daily as you streamline branch workflows and enhance the overall customer experience through your technical proficiency and professional demeanor.

Educational Qualification :Applicants must possess a BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or other related fields from a recognized institution.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of general work experience is required. Specifically, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as an Internal Controller, Customer Service Officer (CSO), Customer Relations Officer (CRO), or an equivalent position within the banking industry.

This role is based at branches under the North Finfinne District, specifically in Debre Birhan and Kemissie.
Employment Type and Salary ;This is a Permanent position following a successful probation period. The salary is highly competitive and determined as per the bank’s scale for Job Grade IX.
