Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Officer is responsible for leading front-line service delivery at the branch.
The role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely banking services.
The officer will assist in supervising junior staff and maintaining service quality standards.
This position contributes directly to branch performance and operational efficiency.
The role provides opportunities to grow into supervisory and managerial banking positions.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
The academic background should support advanced banking and customer service responsibilities.
Work Experience
A minimum of five years of experience in the banking industry is required.
At least two years must be in a Customer Service Officer II or related role.

Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
High level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity.
