The Sales Representative will perform, coordinate, and execute sales activities for assigned accounts, monitor the market and competitors, and ensure Etihad’s sales targets are achieved to contribute to overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to achieve targets using available tools and data provided by Sales Strategy and Planning.
Analyze market potential to identify and convert opportunities into revenue growth.
Collect and consolidate market insights to support regional business development and identify new product opportunities.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with key and prospective accounts.
Meet regularly with clients to promote new products, services, and promotions to increase sales performance.
Build a trusted advisor relationship with major accounts to ensure long-term collaboration.
Research and analyze competitor and market trends to enhance Etihad’s market share and visibility.
Collaborate with global sales enablement to determine optimal promotional strategies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Residence within the assigned territory and near an Etihad gateway city.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across departments.
Strong commercial and analytical skills with customer-focused sales acumen.
Industry knowledge and excellent communication abilities are essential.
