Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Proven sales experience within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient with computers, real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Metropolitan Real Estate with professionalism to uphold credibility.
- Actively identify, engage, and secure prospective buyers.
- Promote and sell apartment units through presentations, negotiations, and market-driven strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Record and forward all qualified leads, client information, and sales data accurately and timely.
- Apply market insights and data-driven decision-making to support clients’ investment goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by tracking performance and adjusting strategies.
