These positions are offered as permanent roles, ensuring a stable and long-term career path within the public service sector. The compensation package is competitive and follows the established government pay scale for public service employees. The salary for the Safety Officer is 18,266.00 ETB, while the Gardener position starts at 4,000.00 ETB.
