Job Description
The Project Administration and General Service Head will lead and oversee all administrative and general service functions across project sites. The role ensures efficient operations, effective management of resources, and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise project administration and general service activities.
  • Manage office administration, logistics, and facility services at project sites.
  • Ensure effective management of company assets, vehicles, and utilities.
  • Coordinate procurement requests and follow up on administrative project requirements.
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services across locations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and operational standards.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to administrative and general service staff.
  • Prepare periodic administrative and operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in construction or real estate projects is highly preferred.
