Job Summary
The Product Development Officer will lead market research and product innovation activities by analyzing customer needs and industry trends. The role supports strategic decision-making and works closely with cross-functional teams to develop, improve, and launch products aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
Monitor industry, technology, and consumer trends relevant to company products.
Analyze customer pain points and purchasing behavior to guide product solutions.
Translate research findings into product concepts, features, and value propositions.
Support continuous product improvement using performance data and insights.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
