Job Description:
The Procurement Officer II will manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure the company acquires goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively. This position is responsible for implementing procurement strategies, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The officer will work closely with internal departments to understand requirements, optimize procurement procedures, and contribute to organizational efficiency. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven and relevant post-qualification experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and procurement management tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead procurement projects, and mentor junior staff.
