Position: Packaging Operator
Education:
- Preferably TVET in Electrical, Mechanical, Auto Mechanics, or Automotive fields.
- Or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience (preferably in beverage or logistics operations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machines safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and food safety standards (5S, HACCP, LSR).
- Conduct regular quality and food safety checks.
- Participate in maintenance, improvement, and problem-solving activities.
- Report operational data and performance using digital tools.
- Support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Awareness of safety and environmental standards.
- Ability to identify and solve operational issues.
- Team player with strong work ethics.
