The compensation package is highly competitive for the public sector, with salaries ranging from 11,500 ETB to 13,732 ETB based on the specific professional grade. We clearly state that scanned certificates or attachments are NOT required for the initial phase; however, you must bring your original documents for a brief physical inspection at the time of registration.
Applicants must present their original degree or diploma, a valid student transcript, and one non-returnable photocopy of each. This physical verification process is essential to maintaining the high standards of our recruitment department and ensuring that all academic requirements, including the Exit Exam results, are met.
