Job Description
The Non-Immigrant Visa Assistant supports the Consular Section by assisting in the processing of non-immigrant visa applications.
The role directly contributes to lawful travel, cultural exchange, tourism, and business ties between Ethiopia and the United States.
This position involves interacting with the public, reviewing documentation, and applying immigration regulations accurately.
The assistant plays a critical role in ensuring visa processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with U.S. laws.
Daily tasks include data entry, customer support, and coordination with consular officers.
The position also requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
This role offers long-term career development through on-the-job training and exposure to international administrative systems.
Educational Qualification
Completion of high school is required.

Candidates with additional training or coursework related to administration, customer service, or legal studies are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of professional experience is required.
