Job Description
AMG Steel Factory is recruiting for multiple positions across operations, technical, and IT roles.
The roles involve operating heavy machinery, supervising production, performing technical maintenance, and supporting digital systems.

Educational Qualification
The education requirements vary by position and include:
- High school completion (10th or 12th Grade)
- Technical Level I, II, III, IV, or V in Mechanics, Machine Drive, General Fabrication, Electricity, or related technical fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
- BSc Degrees in ICT, Computer Science, or Information Science
Work Experience
Experience requirements vary by position:
- Operators: 1–2 years relevant experience
- Supervisory & managerial roles: 3–5 years relevant experience
- IT roles: 3–4 years of software or business application development experience
