Job Description

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia is currently looking for a qualified and motivated professional to fill the position of Mobile Health and Nutrition Team Leader. This role is essential in coordinating mobile health services that reach communities with limited access to healthcare facilities.

The Mobile Health and Nutrition Team Leader will work under the supervision of the Area Program Manager and will serve as a key member of the mobile health service team. The position focuses on ensuring that high quality reproductive health and nutrition services are delivered to communities in need.

The team leader will coordinate outreach teams that provide services such as family planning, antenatal care, postnatal care, safe abortion care, and nutrition support. These services are delivered in accordance with national health guidelines and organizational protocols.

The role involves supervising clinical staff, supporting service providers, and ensuring that all services meet the quality standards established by MSI Reproductive Choices.

The team leader will provide technical guidance for the delivery of clinical services, ensuring that medical procedures follow approved protocols and safety standards.
