Job Description In the role of Manager Banking Operation Management-I, you will be the engine room of the branch’s operational success. You are responsible for supervising the daily technical and administrative functions of the banking floor, ensuring that all operations are compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your leadership will directly influence the branch’s efficiency and accuracy.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: For BA holders, 4 years of general experience is required; for MBA/MA holders, 3 years of general experience is required. All candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Internal Controller I, SCSO-Cash-I, or an equivalent position in the banking industry.
