Key Responsibilities
Conduct valuation of properties offered as collateral for loans; assess land, buildings, and construction projects in line with banking and regulatory standards; prepare accurate valuation reports supported by technical analysis and market data; collaborate with credit, risk, and branch teams; inspect construction quality, design compliance, and site conditions; ensure valuations reflect current market trends and Bank policies; maintain proper documentation and valuation records.
Job Qualification
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field; a minimum of three years relevant work experience in property valuation, construction, and design; strong analytical and reporting skills; good knowledge of construction materials, design standards, and real estate markets; high level of integrity, accuracy, and professional judgment.

Assigned at Adihaki Branch.

Tigray area, under Dessie District.
