Job Description
Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified applicants for the position of Jr. CCTV Surveillance Officer. The role is designed to strengthen security operations and ensure the safety of facilities, personnel, and assets.
The Jr. CCTV Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems and identifying any unusual or suspicious activities within designated areas.
The position requires close coordination with the security team and other operational units to maintain a secure working environment.
The officer will record, document, and report incidents in a timely and accurate manner. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is essential.
The role also contributes to risk prevention by ensuring surveillance equipment functions properly and reporting technical issues when detected.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a minimum of College/TVET Diploma, 10+3, or Level III Certificate from a recognized institution.
Fields of study should include Police Management, Crime Investigation, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Support Services, Hardware and Network Servicing, or other related disciplines.
Candidates must provide valid and recognized educational credentials during registration.
Work Experience
A minimum of one year of CCTV or security-related experience is required.
Experience in monitoring systems, security control rooms, or similar operational environments will be considered an advantage.
Practical exposure to security protocols and reporting procedures is highly valued.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to prepare clear incident reports.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance systems.
