Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Work Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience, including 1–3 years of managerial experience.
Job Location: Degehabur, Afdera.
Salary: Negotiable / Per Scale.
No. Required: 2 (Two).
Branch Operation Supervisor
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Work Experience: Four (4) years of related Banking experience.
Job Location: Degehabur, Harar, Dire Dawa.
Salary: Negotiable / Per Scale.
No. Required: 3 (Three).
Senior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Work Experience: Three (3) years of related Banking experience.
Job Location: Degehabur.
Salary: Negotiable / Per Scale.

Customer Service Officer II
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Work Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience (1–3 years category).
Job Location: Degehabur, Harar, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga.
