1. Procurement & Contract Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in procurement
- Additional Requirement: IFB certification is advantageous
- Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
2. Retail CRM Officer
- Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in CRM and Financing Appraisal
- Additional Requirement: IFB Certification (Mandatory)
- Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
3. Corporate CRM Officer
- Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in CRM and Senior Financing Appraisal
- Additional Requirement: IFB Certification (Mandatory)
- Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
4. Branch Manager (Main Branch)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in banking operations
- Additional Requirement: IFB training certification is advantageous
- Duty Station: Head Office Branch, Addis Ababa
