  1. Finance and Administrative Assistance – Maternity Cover

Educational Qualification: Undergraduate degree or equivalent in office management, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.

Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounting and office management responsibilities, with strong knowledge of internal control systems.

Job Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable/Per Scale

  1. ARCS Project Manager

Educational Qualification: MSc in Rural Development, Natural Resource Management (NRM), Agricultural Extension, Climate Science, Management, or a related field.

Work Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing climate-services, agro-meteorology, or climate-resilient agriculture projects.

Job Location: Amhara Region (Sekota-based)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Agro-meteorology, Climate Change Adaptation, NRM, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5–7 years of experience in agricultural extension, climate services, or rural development, specifically with smallholder farmers in rainfed or semi-arid systems.
