Position 1: Junior Attorney and Corporate Counsel (6-Month Contract)
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: LLB / Bachelor of Laws with a minimum of one year relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure legal compliance across company operations; initiate and pursue legal proceedings for and against the Company; prepare writs, defenses, cessions, and other legal pleadings; draft, file, and manage court cases related to company claims; prepare legal documents in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of Ethiopia and other applicable laws; draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence; assist in developing procedures, manuals, and codes of conduct; conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions; provide legal advisory services; and develop legal guidelines and policies.
Position 2: Regional Sales Manager
Location: West Region – Jimma, Gondar, and Gojam
Qualification: MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop sales teams; manage key distributors and route-to-market execution; drive business performance and sales execution; manage customer and distributor relationships; and oversee planning, reporting, and administration activities.
Position 3: Call Center Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA or BSc Degree in Arts, Science, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 years proven experience in sales management. Experience in managing customer care or contact center operations is an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize and present data clearly.
Language: Amharic and English required; additional local languages are preferred.
Position 4: Call Center Operator
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA or BSc Degree in Arts, Science, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service. Experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is an added advantage.
Language: Amharic and English required; additional local languages are preferred.
