Job Description

The Graduate Trainee will support daily banking operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The role provides hands-on exposure to branch operations, customer service, and financial procedures.

Trainees will rotate across different departments to gain practical experience.

They will assist in customer transactions, documentation, and basic financial processes.

This role plays an important part in improving service delivery and strengthening the bank’s relationship with customers.

The program is designed to prepare trainees for permanent roles within the bank after successful completion.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a BA degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking, or Finance.

The year of graduation must be between 2023 and 2025.

The exit examination result is mandatory.

Minimum CGPA requirements:

  • Male applicants: 2.75 and above
  • Female applicants: 2.50 and above

Work Experience

This position is open to fresh graduates.

No prior work experience is required.
