Wegagen Bank S.C is inviting applications for its Graduate Trainee program. The role is designed to support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers while ensuring that all services are provided with due care, professionalism, and maximum efficiency. This program provides fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience in the banking sector and develop their skills in a structured environment.

The Graduate Trainee will be involved in various banking operations, learning the principles of customer service, banking procedures, and financial management. Trainees will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with experienced banking professionals
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the branch
  • Gain hands-on experience in banking operations and customer service

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other banking-related fields
  • Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
  • CGPA of 2.75 or above
  • Age under 25
  • Exit exam result ≥ 50
  • Certificate of Competency (COC) Level IV (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking operations (compulsory)
  • No prior work experience required
