Educational Qualification
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking, Finance & Investment, Corporate Finance, or other related fields.
Work Experience
Minimum 6 years relevant experience for Master’s degree holders
Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders
Out of the total experience, 1–2 years must be served as Branch Manager II, Assistant Manager III, Team Leader II, or in other closely related banking positions.
Other Requirements
All work experience must be in the banking sector
Experience must be directly related to branch management activities
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage branch operations and staff effectively
