Job Summary
World Vision is seeking a qualified Finance, Logistics and Administration Officer to cover a maternity leave position starting January 12, 2026. The role will run for up to four months, with a possibility of extension. The position supports the Area Program (AP) in financial planning, budgeting, procurement follow-up, and overall administrative and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Support annual planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor budget utilization and financial performance
- Ensure proper financial documentation and reporting
- Support financial oversight and compliance with organizational policies
Logistics & Procurement
- Follow up on AP procurement requests and processes
- Ensure timely purchasing, delivery, and documentation
- Manage asset and inventory records
- Support logistics planning and coordination
Administration
- Support general office administration activities
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers
- Support compliance with organizational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Relevant work experience in finance, logistics, or administration
- Knowledge of NGO financial and procurement systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
