Job Description
The Finance Expert supports advanced financial management and compliance activities.

The role ensures accurate budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The expert contributes to financial planning and internal controls.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Degrees must be from an accredited institution.

Work Experience
Applicants with a Master’s degree must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of financial rules and internal implementation regulations.

Understanding of tax laws and reporting standards.

Proficiency in IFMS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Jimma, Dire Dawa, and South West Ethiopia REO (Bonga).
