Job Summary
- Perform, coordinate, and execute sales activities for assigned accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure sales targets are achieved while contributing to Etihad’s profitability objectives
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Accommodation within the assigned territory and near EY gateway city
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various departments
- Relevant commercial and analytical work experience
- Strong sales acumen, customer service excellence, and airline industry knowledge
Key Accountabilities
- Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to achieve assigned targets
- Analyze market potential and convert opportunities into premium revenue
- Collect and analyze market information to support regional business development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective accounts
- Communicate regularly with clients about new products, services, and promotions
- Act as a trusted advisor to major accounts for long-term business relationships
- Research competitor and industry trends to increase Etihad’s market share
- Collaborate with global sales enablement teams on effective sales promotions
