Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic professionals to join our team in two specialized departments: the Luxury Spa and the Kids Club. These roles are essential to enhancing the guest experience by providing relaxation, rejuvenation, and specialized care for our youngest visitors. As a member of the Ethiopian Skylight team, you will be responsible for upholding the elite reputation of our brand through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
The Spa Therapist will play a vital role in our wellness center, delivering high-quality physical therapy and massage treatments that cater to the diverse needs of our guests. Meanwhile, the Kids Club Supervisor will oversee the operations of our dedicated children’s area, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for the children of our hotel guests. Both roles offer the opportunity to work in a high-energy, multicultural environment where professional impact is visible every day through the smiles and satisfaction of our guests.

Position 1: Spa Therapist
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of Level IV Certificate in Physical/Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments from a recognized college/university.
- Work Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Requirements: Age limit is 18 – 35 years old.
Position 2: Supervisor Kids Club
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of BA Degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hotel and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, Property Management, Management, Marketing Management, or related field. Alternatively, a College Diploma (10+3 or Level IV) in similar fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience for Degree holders, or 8 years for Diploma holders, in similar areas like catering production/operation/front office.
- Requirements: Age limit is 18 – 35 years old.
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of luxury hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for these guest-facing roles, while patience and a positive attitude are essential for managing guest wellness and children’s activities.
