Job Position:
Customer Service Executive – II (Interest Free Banking).
Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently handling front-line customer service activities and supporting branch resource mobilization through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services.
Generic Functions:
Enhance strong business relationships with customers and promote the Bank’s positive image within the community. Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance. Deliver services in line with service level agreements. Contribute to the Bank’s profitability based on assigned targets. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and transparency. Adhere to internal control systems and the Bank’s risk management framework.
Specific Functions:
Conduct customer recruitment and account opening activities. Administer the Primary Vault jointly with the Branch Operation Manager or Branch Manager. Receive, verify, deposit, and withdraw cash from Primary and Secondary Vaults. Handle cash consignments to and from the Treasury. Verify daily cash receipts and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Retrieve and verify customer signatures and photographs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or other related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a related position. Applicants with Sharia knowledge will have a competitive advantage.

Addis Ababa City IFB Branches, including Areta, Alif, Amana, Bereka, Bilal, Bistima, Hara, Merhaba, Mina / Nejah, and Siddiq Branches.
