Job Purpose

The CPIMS Assistant will lead child protection policy and program implementation at the Protection Area (PA) and refugee camp, linking to the Harmonized Training Package (HTP). The role supports the delivery of results aligned with program plans and contributes to improving protection mechanisms and community practices against harmful practices affecting children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement child protection policy and programs at PA and refugee camp.
  • Manage child protection data using CPIMS/CPIMS+, ensuring data quality and security.
  • Produce clear reports, charts, and graphs for program use.
  • Support data analysis for program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Assist in case management and other child protection activities.
  • Collaborate with the Child Protection Officer and program team.
  • Promote safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion in daily work.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in information management, database management, and data analysis.
  • Experience with child-related data, preferably CPIMS/CPIMS+.
  • Knowledge of data protection and information sharing protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience producing reports and visual data for end-users.
  • Basic understanding of case management and child protection programs.
Safeguarding & Gender Equality
