Job Description
Medical Teams International is seeking a qualified and motivated Compliance and Feedback Assistant to support its humanitarian project implemented in Kobo. The role focuses on strengthening accountability and ensuring that the voices of affected communities are heard and addressed.

The Compliance and Feedback Assistant will support the implementation of the organization’s Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) framework and the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM). These systems ensure that beneficiaries can safely provide feedback, raise concerns, and contribute to improving program quality.

The position plays an important role in promoting transparency, community participation, and ethical program implementation. The assistant will collect and document feedback from community members and ensure that complaints are addressed according to established organizational procedures.

This role contributes directly to improving program effectiveness by helping teams identify community concerns and adapt interventions accordingly. Through this process, the organization ensures that its services remain responsive to the needs of the communities it serves.

The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with communities, project staff, and program managers.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold either a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Social Sciences
  • Development Studies
  • Public Health
  • Statistics
  • Or another closely related field

Work Experience
Candidates should have experience working in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), community engagement, or similar roles.

Experience supporting accountability systems, complaint management processes, or community feedback mechanisms in development or humanitarian programs will be considered an advantage.

Applicants who have worked in NGO or humanitarian environments will have an additional advantage because of their familiarity with accountability and safeguarding standards.
