Job Description
The Communication Intern will support ICTSS in developing clear, structured, and engaging communication materials.

The role focuses on transforming technical content into accessible and impactful information for internal stakeholders.

The intern will work directly under the supervision of the Chief of ICTSS.

This position combines writing, coordination, and strategic communication tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and compiling the ICTSS Annual Report, highlighting achievements, innovations, and service improvements
  • Collecting and consolidating inputs from different units and subject matter experts
  • Translating technical information into clear and structured communication outputs
  • Supporting the editing and refinement of ICTSS strategy documents

The intern will also contribute to ongoing communication initiatives.

Additional duties include:

  • Preparing quarterly ICTSS bulletins showcasing achievements and key metrics
  • Developing concise content for digital signage, dashboards, and internal communication platforms
  • Drafting announcements, briefing notes, and communication summaries
  • Supporting internal campaigns that promote digital transformation initiatives

The role also requires coordination with other teams.

These responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Corporate Communications and Graphics teams to refine messaging and visuals
  • Attending meetings and preparing structured minutes
  • Maintaining a centralized tracker of action points and deliverables
  • Following up with unit heads to ensure timely progress on communication outputs

The intern will also help maintain an overview of ICTSS initiatives and progress.

This ensures alignment and visibility across different projects and teams.

Educational Qualification
Applicants should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in:
