Job Description

The roles currently available at the Muger Cement Factory are more than just jobs; they are essential components of a massive industrial machine that powers the construction sector of Ethiopia. Whether as a Junior Process Control Engineer or a Heavy Equipment Operator, every individual plays a strategic role in ensuring the continuous and efficient production of high-quality cement. For the Junior Process Control Engineer, the “day-in-the-life” involves monitoring complex systems, analyzing chemical processes, and ensuring that production parameters meet rigorous standards.
