Job Summary
The CFRM Officer is responsible for facilitating the planning and implementation of WFP activities in line with Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) minimum standards. The role involves close coordination with program teams, commodity staff, and woreda-level stakeholders to ensure complaints are properly received, addressed, and resolved. The officer will also lead the establishment of CFM platforms and promote awareness among beneficiaries regarding entitlements, targeting criteria, and distribution schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage effective feedback and complaint mechanism platforms at FDP level
Lead and capacitate Community Help Desk committees before, during, and after distributions
Create awareness among project participants about food assistance processes and stakeholder roles
Compile, document, and report findings using digital and paper-based tools within reporting timelines
Maintain strong collaboration with woreda, kebele, and center-level stakeholders
Job Requirements
BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Economics, Disaster Management, Rural Development, Economics, or Development Studies
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
