Job Description
Branch Manager IV – IFB oversees branch operations with a focus on IFB principles.
You will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.
The role involves building strong client relationships with business and retail clients.
You will implement the Bank’s strategic initiatives at the branch level.
This position allows high-level decision-making and leadership experience.
You will monitor operational performance and report to district and regional managers.
Professional development includes leadership mentoring, specialized IFB training, and workshops.
The position offers significant career progression within the Bank’s management structure.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years in banking or financial services.
- At least 1 year as Business Manager II-IFB or III-IFB.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB operations.
- Leadership, team management, and client engagement skills.
- Strategic planning and analytical thinking.
